Christmas At Rockhaven

The whole family is invited to celebrate the magic of Christmas at Rockhaven on Saturday, December 13, 2025!

Camp will open at 2:30pm and all are welcome for hot cocoa and a Christmas “crafternooon.” Then join us in the chapel for a candlelight Christmas service at 4:00pm. The Rockhaven chapel is the perfect space to reflect and embrace peace this season. Following the service, a delicious chili meal will be served in the dining hall, vegetarian and gluten free options provided.

This event is completely free and open to all ages!

When: Saturday, December 13
- 2:30 pm Christmas crafts and camp play
- 4:00 pm Candlelight chapel service
- 5:00 pm Chili dinner

Join us for Sunday Worship and Youth Sunday School!

Rockhaven is an outdoor ministry of First Presbyterian Church (FPC) located at the corner of Wilson and Babcock in Downtown Bozeman. FPC is a welcoming, affirming, and inclusive faith community. The congregation worships together every Sunday from 9:30 – 10:30 AM, all are welcome!

Middle and high school Sunday School is held each week during worship following the choir anthem. This is a wonderful opportunity for teens to connect with their peers, explore their faith, and be part of a supportive and welcoming church community.

Sunday School is led by Dr. Laura Larsson and Debby Haynes, both long-time members of our congregation. Dr. Larsson is a faculty member at the MSU College of Nursing and mom to two college-aged children, Alice and Mitchell, who have been active in our church’s vibrant music programs. Debby serves as the Dean of the Graduate School at MSU and has been deeply involved in church life as an Elder, Circle leader, Sunday School teacher, and member of several committees.

Each week, they gather for ~30 minutes to discuss relevant topics and grow together in faith. The youth help choose the focus—ideas are shared and discussed as a class, and everyone has an active voice. Everyone enjoys hot chocolate (with lots of whipped cream!) and occasional treats like cinnamon rolls.not able to make
